DOMESTIC MODULES

DUC-410 is designed for the home installation in the kitchen or bathroom with flow rate of 900 liters/hr. These membranes are washable by removing the casing and rinsing it in water.

BT-420 with bigger housing and having a flow rate of 2 m³/hr for the entire family.

 

DUFRO-50 is a low cost combination of ultrafltration and reverse osmosis modules to provide desalinated bore-hole/brackish water for the family.

MEMBRANE MODULES

	U VERSION ULTRAFILTRATION MODULE
	This module is designed specially to filter low turbidity water (< 5 NTU) with added advantages:
	Simple Configuration:
		This low cost system is configured with simple out-to-in single pass and dead-end design that eliminates the need for complicated valves and control system.
	High Surface Area Density
		This compact design permits higher filteration surface to the cartridge size and volume, allowing higher flow rate per module.
	High Quality Permeate:
		This will allow the down stream reverse osmosis system to achieve higher quality output, operate at higher recovery, reduce chemical cleaning requirement and extend the operating life span.
	S VERSION ULTRAFILTRATION MODULE
	This module can be applied to the following treatment with its unique advantages:
	Surface Water Clarification :
		This membrane can be used to replace all conventional clarifying processes, eliminating the need for coagulant and flocculant and large clarifying tanks, media and sand filters, hence releasing land for other uses.
	Waste Water Treatment:
		In a conventional water treatment plant, there is a need to use chemicals such as coagulant and flocculant agent in large quantities. This membnrane eliminates the use of such chemicals whereby reducing maintenance cost, including manpower cost.
	Reverse Osmosis (RO) Pre-Treatment
		As the membrane filters between 0.1 to 0.01 micron, it will remove all total suspended solids (TSS) with more than 95% recovery, providing high quality feed water for the RO system.
